Doug is married to Charlie and they have three young children.

Doug trained at Spurgeon's College, London. Prior to that he worked as a teacher of Religious Studies and Philosophy in a secondary school.

Doug became our minister in Sept 2016.

FAMILIES PASTOR

Guy is married to Carly, and they have three young children.

Guy studied for 3 years at Moorlands Bible College. Prior to this Guy worked for 02. He is a keen sportsman, loves the outdoors and supporting the Tractor boys (ITFC).

Guy became our Families Pastor in July 2020.

CHILDREN & YOUTH WORKER

Gwyn is married to Steve and they have three teens.

Gwyn has been responsible for our holiday club programmes, youth mentoring and events, children’s media programmes and much more for many year at Quay.

Gwyn joined our staff team in March 2024.

OPERATIONS & HUB MANAGER

Kevin is married to Collette and they have three adult children.

Kevin manages the church office and takes care of the church buildings.

ACTING CHURCH SECRETARY

Wife to Jayson, mother of three, dentist, and most importantly, a follower of Jesus.

Emma has lived in Suffolk for over 10 years now and fulfils her many roles and responsibilities with excellence.

From leading Worship to preaching and teaching we see Jonathan lead from the front. But behind the scenes, his wisdom and sound leadership enables Quay and the staff team to stay on track.

TREASURER

An accountant by background, Louis is currently working as Chief Finance Officer in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Health System.

GUARDIAN

Primary School teacher, mum of two, and wife to Karl.

You will find Sarah active in our worship team, children’s ministry and so much more.

ELDER

Full time school teacher, mum of two, and wife to Mikey.

You will find Amanda active in our worship team, teen’s ministry and so much more.

ELDER

A qualified teacher and have held various leadership roles in education, including as a headteacher.

Debbie is active in every aspect our Church Family Life and is responsible for Safeguarding.

GUARDIAN

Wendy is responsible for our hosting & hospitality.
