Spotlight on GiftAid
Did you know that if you are a UK taxpayer, then anything that you give financially to the Church as an offering, the government gives 25% as well? So that means:
£1 becomes £1.25
£10 becomes £12.50
£100 becomes £125
It is an incredibly simple way to make your giving to the Church go even further.
The only thing that we need for you to do is to fill out a gift aid form that is available on our website, and either send it or email it to Paul Bateman (paulbateman007@hotmail.com). Paul does a great job of taking care of our GiftAid returns for the Finance Team.
It's something so simple, but if everyone who is eligible does this, it can have a significant impact on what we are able to do as a church.
